Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products being digital, we offer customers a trial in which is used to decide if purchase will be made. With that being said, we do offer a full refund up to 15 days after purchase for ALL of our Digital Products.

In regards to physical products that we sell, in the event an item is sent damaged or does not work properly in some way, we offer a 15 days for a full refund. Please include item in original packaging.

You must send photo to of damaged product and or explain malfunction. We need this information for insurance purposes. You must pay for return shipping of the item.

Once we receive your email we will approve or disapprove claim. Then we will resend new product as needed, provide refund or provide new details about claim.
